GraceRota is in an early-access phase. If you join the waitlist, we store the details you submit so we can contact you about product access and learn how churches currently manage volunteer scheduling.

We only collect information you provide directly, such as your name, church email, church name, approximate volunteer count, and notes about your scheduling challenges.

We do not sell your data. We use submitted information only for product research, early access communication, and future product onboarding.

To request deletion of your submitted data, reply from the same email address you used for the waitlist and ask us to remove your record.
